Mr. Ellison provides services under the supervision of Thomas W. Norris, Ph.D., Audiologist.  Dr. Norris is certified by and is a course director for the Council for Accreditation and Occupational Hearing Conservation.  The council is recognized by OSHA as the accrediting and certifying body for hearing conservationists in industry.  Dr. Norris and Mr. Ellison have over 45 years of combined experience in working with hearing conservation.
